| Objective:To explore the relation and difference between the risk factors for arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) and familiar syndrome differention of TCM. In order to offer gist for dialectic and precaution. The familiar syndrome differention of TCM was devided into 2 type that one was attributed to the syndrome of blood stasis and the other was attributed to pathogenic dampness-heat attacking the lower limb. Methods:Using retrospective case investigation study method,120 medical records were collected in the past two years. Considering the risk factors for arteriosclerosis obliterans, we retrospect the basic state of the illness and clinical index in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans. we apply statistics which include X2 Test, T Test, Rank sum test, Logistic regression and Discriminant to explore the relativity between the risk factors for arteriosclerosis obliterans and familiar syndrome differention of TCM. Result:statistics show the conspicuous difference between WC,WHR,WHtR,TC,LDL,ApoA I,ApoB,Fib and ABI. Through Logistic regression and Discriminant, we screen out 5 risk factors that are closely associated with the familiar syndrome differention of TCM viz. WHR,LDL,ApoA I,Fib and ABI, and set Discriminant Function which exact rate is 87.5% to differentiate type. Conclusions:The risk factors for arteriosclerosis obliterans have relationship between the familiar syndrome differention of TCM, the specifical difference of the risk factors can direct clinical filter for arteriosclerosis obliterans and offer objective gist for dialectical treatment. |
