The Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Study Of Vagina Bleeding After Miscarriage With Drugs

ObjectiveTo explore the etiology,pathogenesis,differentiation of syndromes and the laws of treatment for vagina bleeding after miscarriage with drugs.MethodWe selected traditional Chinese medicine journals and used computer technology and excel statistics.ResultsWith computer technology,a database of the common syndromes of TCM in vagina bleeding after miscarriage with drugs was founded.There are Blood Stasis Syndrome,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Blood Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Stagnated heat Syndrome,Stagnated cold Syndrome and other Syndrome in proper order.They are 46.67%,20%,9.35%,7.93%, 5.71%,10.34%separately.The common therapeutic methods to treat vagina bleeding after miscarriage with drugs are promoting blood circulation therapy, supplementing qi and activating blood circulation therapy,benefiting blood and activating blood circulation therapy,promoting blood circulation mixed with removing pathogenic heat from blood therapy,promoting blood circulation mixed with removing pathogenic cold from blood therapy and other therapies. They are 46.67%,20%,9.35%,7.93%,5.71%,10.34%separately.The proportion of stasis-eliminating drug,tonics,hemostatic drug,heat- clearing drug and qi regulating drug are 32.71%,29.17%,16.04%,9.79%,3.54%separately,reaching a total of 91.25%.Blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs appear 157 herb counts in the whole drug distribution,which count for 32.71%.The proportion of qi-invigorating herb,hematinic,yin-reiniforcing drug and yang tonics in tonincs are 48.57%,46.43%,2.14%,2.86%separately.The proportion of removing blood stasis and hemostasis drug,warming meridian mixed with hemostatic drug,convergence hemostatic drug and liangxue hemostatic drug are 59.74%,28.57%,7.79%,3.90%separately.The proportion of antipyretic-detoxicate drug,cool-blood drug,antipyretic drying damp drug and fire-purging drug are 51.06%,38.30%,6.38%,4.26%separately.ConclusionThe main syndromes of vagina bleeding after miscarriage with drugs are Blood Stasis Syndrome,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Blood Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Stagnated heat Syndrome.The main therapeutic method to treat vagina bleeding after miscarriage with drugs are promoting blood circulation therapy,supplementing qi and activating blood circulation therapy,benefiting blood and activating blood circulation therapy,promoting blood circulation mixed with removing pathogenic heat from blood therapy.The Herbs of the main Syndromes areâ‘ Blood Stasis Syndrome: Danggui,Yimucao,Chuanxiong,Taoren,Gancao,Paojiang,Puhuang,Honghua, Chuanniuxi,Zhike,Shanzha,Wulingzhi.â‘¡Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome:Dangshen,Danggui,Yimucao,Huangqi,Chuanxiong,Taoren,Gancao, Paojiang,Puhuang,Honghua,Xianhecao,Baizhu.â‘¢Blood Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome:Danggui,Chuanxiong,Yimucao,Shudihuang,Wulingzhi,Ejiao, Ezhu,Sanleng,Puhuang,Xueyutan,Chuanniuxi,Zelan.â‘£Stagnated heat Syndrome:Danggui,Puhuang,Yimucao,Pugongying,Huangqi,Chishao,Mudanpi, Shanzha,Qingpi,Machixian,Baihuasheshecao,Rendongteng.
