Clinical Observation Of Ping Chuan Ⅰ On 35 Cases With Bronchus Asthma Patients And The Influence Of Serum TNF-α

Objective:Pingchuan No.Ⅰof observation of bronchial asthma(cold wheeze) in patients with clinical symptoms,signs and lung function improved,and serum TNF-αon theimpact evaluation of its clinical efficacy.Method:Randomized controlled trial using research methods will be divided into 68 cases of patients with the treatment group 35 cases and 33 cases of the control group,treatment group to Pingchuan No.Ⅰ,the control group to Guilong Kechuanning capsule.,Respectively,before and after medication were observed in patients with clinical symptoms,signs, pulmonary function(FVC,FEV1,PEF),and serum concentrations of TNF-αchanges.Result:1.Significant rate of treatment group and control the total effective rates were 77.1%and 91.4%,significant clinical efficacy.2.Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signshave improved,in which the treatment group wheezing in the throat such as the chicken and wheezing sound effects sound better than the control group, with significant difference(P＜0.05),other symptoms showed no significant difference(P＞0.05).3.The two groups after treatment FEV1,FVC,PEF than before treatment were significantly increased,compared before and after the treatment group were significantly different(P＜0.01),inter-group comparison no significant difference(P＞0.05).4.The two groups after treatment in patients with serum concentrations of TNF-αwere significantly decreased,the two groups before treatment and after treatment were significant differences in comparison(P＜0.05), inter-group comparison no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Pingchuan No.Ⅰpatients can improve clinical symptoms, signs and pulmonary function,and can effectively reduce the serum concentrations of TNF-α.
