Clinical Observation Of Effect On Pingchuan Decoction Treating Bronchialasthma(Heat Asthma)

Objective:The effects of Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of mild to moderate, acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma (asthma) to conduct clinical observation.Method:The66patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group33cases of33cases.The treatment process of the fall off in3cases, the control group fall off in2cases, residual in31cases, the treatment group fall off in1cases, the remaining32cases. Two groups were treated with conventional therapy of montelukast. The control group was treated with Zhichuanling oral liquid, treatment group was added with Pingchuan decoction, the two groups were treated for two weeks, to observe the change of symptoms in two groups of Western medicine.Result:The curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group, the efficiency than the control group increased significantly (P<0.05. After the treatment, two groups of patients breathing, chest tightness, wheeze, cough and expectoration symptom improved obviously, there was significant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.05). The two group of integral differential comparison, the treatment group before treatment after treatment asthma, wheeze, cough, chest tightness improved more significantly, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P<0.05) Conclusion:Research shows that,during acute attack Asthma Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma(asthma)has good asthma,phlegm,cough efficacy. And can obviously improve the pulmonary ventilation function of the patients with.Explained that the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma(asthma)have better curative effect.
