Investigation About Clinical Curative Effect On The Association With Western Medicine And FENGHUA NO.Ⅲ To Treat The Early Tubal Pregnancy

Objectives:To investigation about Clinical curative effect on the association with western medicine and FENGHUA NO.Ⅲto treat the tubal pregnancy of earlier period, approaching The best treatment perscription for the tubal pregnancy(TP) of earlier period with combination of TCM with Western medicine,for raising indicatrixs in the near future as the time forβ—hCG in blood decreasing to the normal,The incidence rate of adverse reactions,ect;and decreasing damage on oviducts for a long-term rate of amb-patency and amb- pregnanc.of course,all of that is based on the recovery rate of TP.Materials and Methods:60 volunteered women from clinic service of Gynecology were randomized,into groups with 30 in each.Control group was given Methotrexate(MTX) 50mg/m~2 by intramuscular injection in buttocks Master single test and mifepristone 100mg taken orally bid~*5 days.treatment group was gived No.ⅢDecoction of FengHua 2 doses of a day added(generally less then 2 courses of treatment).Rational symptom,vital sign,active entorrhagia,β-human chorionic gonadotropinh(hCG) and progestin from serum,routine test of peripheral blood,function of Liver and renal. B-hypersound test for the size of Pelvic lump,volume of fluidify in Pelvic were mainly observed.Results:1,Which has significance in statistics?(1) The cure rate of the control group is 20/30,and the treatment group was 27/30,the two groups have significance in statistics(P＜0.05);(2) The rate of P in blood decreasedafter 5 days'treatment is 0.19±0.24,for the control group,0.37±0.28 for the treatment group,which has significant difference in statistics(P＜0.05);(3) The rate ofβ-HCG in blood decreasedafter 5 days'treatment is 0.09±0.13 for the control group,0.25±0.20 for the treatment group,which has significant difference in statistics (p＜0.01);(4) the length of stay in hospital of the cure part is 14.78±6.54 for the control group, 10.19±4.68 for the treatment group,which made signifcant difference(P＜0.05)。 (5) the incidence rate of reaction after 5 days'treatment is 8/30 for the control group, 2/30 for the treatment group,have significance in statistics(P＜0.05);2,Which made no signifcant difference?The rate of lump in pelvis decreased after 5 days'treatment is 0.165±0.73 for the control group,10.31±0.43 for the treatment group,which made no signifcant difference(P＜0.05)Conclusion:FENGHUA NO.Ⅲassociated with the western medicine can utilitily treat the earlier period of tubal pregnancy,which was manifestated it could utility kill the embryon,boost the cure rate and has smaller side effect.It would be safly used in Clinical and worth popularized.
