| [Objective] 1. Observation of benign lesions of gastric mucosa before and after HP radical changes in morphology and pathology detection Livin and Ki-67 expression in which to explore its relationship with gastric cancer occurrence and development of the relationship. 2. By detecting gastric cancer Livin, Ki-67 expression and the relationship between clinicopathological parameters to explore the correlation between expression and the development of cancer of the significance for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer and provide a scientific basis for treatment.[Methods] All the gastric mucosal lesion and gastric cancer, all from Yan'an University Hospital between 2006-2008 Pathology of the endoscopic and surgical biopsy specimens, 40 cases of gastric cancer tissue samples, HP radical benign gastric mucosal lesions before and after 144 cases of tissue samples, including chronic superficial table of the 12 cases of gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis of the 14 cases, chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of the 16 cases, dysplasia of the 30 cases. All pathological specimens were experienced pathologists confirmed, did not accept the pre-operative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. By immunohistochemical methods and the above-mentioned lesions in gastric cancer Livin, Ki-67 expression, using methylene blue staining HP.[Results] 1. Gastric mucosa before and after radical HP varying degrees of inflammatory changes, including atrophy and intestinal metaplasia improved in varying degrees, and 12 cases of chronic superficial gastritis in two cases of recovery accounted for 16.7% (2 / 12); 14 cases of chronic atrophic in four cases of gastritis chronic atrophic gastritis 28.6% (4 / 14) improvement in chronic superficial gastritis; 16 cases of atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia in 5 cases of atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia improved for chronic atrophic gastritis 31% ( 5 / 16); 30 cases of atypical hyperplasia in six cases of atrophic gastritis into 20% (6 / 30), three cases of moderate dysplasia into 8% (1 / 12), 1 cases of the development of severe dysplasia 3.3 % (1 / 30), 1 case of severe gastric dysplasia into 3.3% (1 / 30). 2. Livin ago in HP cure chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, atrophic gastritis intestinal metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia tissues were 0(0), 28.6%(4/14), 37.5% (6/16), 46.7%(14/30); HP after radical were 0 (0), 0 (0), 6.3% (1/16), 23.3% (7/30), including chronic atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of the positive expression rate was statistically significant (p<0.05). 3. Ki-67 in HP from the radical former chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, atrophic gastritis intestinal metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia tissues were for 8.3%(1/12),35.7%(5/14),43.8%(7/16),50%(15/30); HP after radical were 0 (0), 0 (0), 6.3% (1/16), 26.7% (8/30), including chronic atrophic gastritis atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia with positive expression were statistically significant (p<0.05). 4. Livin and Ki-67 expression and lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer, differentiation between the degree of statistical significance (p<0.05); and gender, age, degree of differentiation, different depth of invasion, not during the different clinical sub-statistics significance (p>0.05). 5. Livin and Ki-67 in gastric carcinoma was not significant (p>0.05), prompted the expression of no correlation between the two.[Conclusions] 1. Eradicate HP after some benign lesions of gastric mucosa morphological changes, and detection of livin, ki-67 at one of the expression rate, suggesting that eradication of HP will enable the part to alleviate atrophy and intestinal metaplasia, can prevent the occurrence of gastric cancer. Description Hp eradication therapy can effectively histological gastritis. If the inflammation of gastric mucosa at the stage of the eradication of Hp could reverse disease.2 Livin in patients with chronic superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis is not expressed in atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia expression, Ki-67 in benign gastric lesions gradually increase in the expression, indicating that the occurrence of Livin is closely related with gastric cancer . Livin may be prompted for a new type of tumor markers contribute to the diagnosis of gastric cancer.3. .Livin, Ki-67 positive expression rate of patients with gastric cancer by gender, age, depth of invasion, clinical stage had no significant statistical significance, and with lymph node metastasis, the degree of differentiation, suggesting that Livin, Ki-67 may help to determine the degree of malignancy of gastric cancer and the progress of radical surgery for gastric cancer and postoperative chemotherapy have a certain significance. 4. Livin and Ki-67 in gastric carcinoma had no correlation. |
