| Objects:1.By monitoring the level of plasma NT-ProBNP,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),New York Heart Association(NYHA) Classification,the points of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM syndrome),the level of 6 minute walking test(6MWT) dynamic change in the course of chronic heart failure treatment,to discuss the effects of Shengmai injection on the treatment of congestive heart failure.2.To analyze changes of the level of plasma NT-ProBNP and other traditional treatment evaluating indexs in the course of chronic heart failure treatment,to investigate a new evaluation method of the effect of Shengmai injection on the treatment of congestive heart failure by the level of plasma NT-proBNP.Methods:In a randomized manner,Sixty CHF patients were divided into control group(western medicine control group)and treatment group(conbined treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine).Among these cases,the patients of control group were rececived low-salt diet,Benazepril5-10mg,qd/ Valsartan80mg,qd, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5-25mg,qd/bid,Spironolactone 20-40mg,qd,Bisoprolol 1.25-2.5 mg, qd,Digoxin 0.125-0.25mg,qd.The treatment group added Shengmai injection 50ml,qd on Basic drugs in the control group.Two weeks were a course of treatment.Before the treatment monitored the level of plasma NT-ProBNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),New York Heart Association(NYHA) Classification,the points of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM syndrome),the level of 6 minute walking test(6MWT) and reviewed when completed a course of treatment,according to change these indexes to confirmed the effects of Shengmai injection on the treatment of congestive heart failure.Results:1.After the treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms,New York Heart Association(NYHA) Classification and 6MWT of the treatment group,respectively was 93.3%,86.7%,86.7%,in the control group,the total effective rate of those respectively were 73.3%,70%,76.7%,the effects rate of two groups had Significant difference(P＜0.05).Before the treatmemt LVEF of the treatment group was 40.40±8.26%,and that of the control group was 39.53±9.45%,after the treatment,LVEF of the treatment group was 44.03±8.19%,and that of the control group was 41.3±8.75%,LVEF of two groups after treatment had Significant differences(P＜0.05)compared with these of before the treatmemt.LVEF between two groups after treatment had Significant difference(P＜0.05).2.Before the treatmemt the level of plasma NT-proBNP of the treatment group was 2248.03±963.35pg/ml,and that of the control group was 2234.83±884.9pg/ml,after the treatment,the level of plasma NT-proBNP of the treatment group was 453.57±157.44pg/ml,and that of the control group was 542.67±199.98pg/ml,the level of plasma NT-proBNP of two groups after treatment had significant differences(P＜0.05)compared with these of before the treatmemt. The level of plasma NT-proBNP between two groups after treatment had Significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.The effects of Shengmai injection conbined with western conventional drugs treatment of chronic heart failure at the level of plasma NT-ProBNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),New York Heart Association(NYHA) Classification,the points of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM syndrome),the level of 6 minute walking test(6MWT), etal.significantly better than western medicine,and had confirmed that Shengmai injection was the role of adjuvant therapy on CHF.2.The level of plasma NT-ProBNP had significant differences between before and after treatment,and the level of plasma NT-ProBNP between two groups after treatment had also significant differences,the result of the level of plasma NT-ProBNP and the results of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),New York Heart Association(NYHA) Classification,the points of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM syndrome),the level of 6 minute walking test(6MWT) were similare,so it can be used as a new index of the evaluation of Shengmai injection treatment on CHF...
