PART I:TITLE:CT Study on Morbidity of Coronary Atherosclerotic in Asymptomatic PeoplePurpose:To analyse the morbidity of coronary atherosclerotic in asymptomatic subjects using Dual-Source Computed Tomography Coronary Angiography (DSCTA) and determine the Morbidity of coronary atherosclerosis among asymptomatic people. Material and Method:a total of 1970 subjects with a certain age, no symptoms of CHD underwent coronary CTA, include 1604 males, 366 females, male 40-59 years, female 45-64 years.Four groups were designed according to age and sex, that is A group, male,40-49year; B group, male, 50-59years; C group, female,45-54years; D group, female,55-64years. Coronary arteries CTA using conventional methods; we can judge coronary atherosclerosis basing on 10 points in AHA segment method. Thickness of coronary artery wall is> 1.5mm or calcified plaque in the wall leading to deformation of lumen as a CTA standard to judge whether there is coronary atherosclerosis; the degree of stenosis grading:0:visible signs of atherosclerosis, no significant lumen stenosis;â… :visible signs of atherosclerosis, stenosis<25%;â…¡:visible signs of atherosclerosis,25% 50%. Let two radiologists in radiology department who have 5 years' experience in cardiovascular imaging to make independent image analysis, they shall according to the results to make statistic analysis.Result:1970 cases of asymptomatic,1603 males,367 females, non-coronary atherosclerosis is 725 (36.80%,725/1970, coronary atherosclerosis is 1245(63.20%,1245/1970);in 1603 males, non-coronary atherosclerosis is 534 (33.31%,534/1603), coronary atherosclerosis is 1069(66.65%,1069/1603); A group is 853,with and without coronary atherosclerosis respectively 371,482, coronary atherosclerosis accounted for 56.51%; B group is 750,with and without coronary atherosclerosis 163,587,respectively, coronary atherosclerosis accounted for 78.27%; in 367females, without coronary atherosclerosis 190 (51.91%,190/366), with coronary atherosclerosis 176(48.09%,176/366);C group is 235, with and without coronary atherosclerosis respectively 139,96, coronary atherosclerosis accounted for 40.85%; D group is 131,with and without coronary atherosclerosis respectively51,80, coronary atherosclerosis accounted for 61.07%.In 1245 subjects of coronary atherosclerosis, the degree of vascular stenosis: 0:140(11.24%,140/1245), I:703 (56.47%,703/1245),â…¡:329(26.43%, 329/1245),â…¢:83(6.67%,83/1245); in 1069 males,0:101(9.45%,101/1069), I:607 (56.78%,607/1069),â…¡:278 (26.01%,278/1069),â…¢:83 (7.76%, 83/1069); in 176 females,0:39(22.16%,39/176),â… :96(54.55%,96/176),â…¡:41 (23.30%,41/176),â…¢:O.Conclusion:Among asymptomatic population, Morbidity of male and female is increased with age; 2, Asymptomatic patients, among the people who are in CTA lumen stenosis degree of> 50%,7.76% are male and women are 0.PARTII:TITLE:Computed Tomography (CT) Study on The Morbidity and Degree of Coronary Atherosclerosis in Asymptomatic Population and theRelationship Between them and Coronary Heart Disease Risk Factors Purpose:Make use of coronary CTA to determine the incidence rate of coronary atherosclerosis and lumen stenosis for asymptomatic people who have risky factors and evaluate its correlation with risky factors. Materials and Methods: Asymptomatic people in the first part who have non-coronary heart disease symptoms will be divided into four groups. We make the collections of people who have high-risk factors (hypertension, high cholesterol, low HDL-C, high LDL-C) and divide them into individual high-risky factor group (A1 group, B1 group, C1 group and D1 group), two risky factors group (A2 group, B2 group, C2group and D2),multiple high-risky factors group (An group, Bn group, Cn group and Dn group). Divide high-risky factors population by age and sex to form control group (A0group, Bo group, Co group and Do group). Determine risk factors according to medical history and blood biochemical test to make judgments. The judgment of diagnostic criteria on coronary atherosclerosis and width degree of stenosis is same with the part I Coronary CTA using conventional methods. Make statistics on the incidence rate of disease for people who have high-risky factors in coronary atherosclerosis and vascular stenosis, then compare with asymptomatic people who do not have high-risky factors. Let two radiologists in radiology department who have 5 years'experience in cardiovascular imaging to make independent image analysis, they shall according to the results to make statistic analysis.Result:this group population with risk factors were 427 cases,321 males,106 females; without coronary atherosclerosis161 (37.7%), with coronary atherosclerosis 266(62.29%); in 321 males, without coronary atherosclerosis110(34.27%), with coronary atherosclerosis 211 (65.73%); in 106 females, without coronary atherosclerosis51(48.11%), with coronary atherosclerosis 55 (51.89%); the morbidity of coronary atherosclerosis in 1 risk factor group,2 risk factors group and multiple risk factors group respectively were A group 57.63%,54.76%,66.67%, B group 72.63%,77.42%,88.89%, C group 36.11%,57.89%,66.67%, D group 38.89%,72.73%,62.50%; the moebidity of coronary atherosclerosis of control group respectively were Ao 56.21%, Bo 78.88%, C039.08%and D061.63%. Morbidity rate of coronary atherosclerosis and width degree of stenosis in D1 group is significantly different from control groups;People with high risk factors and coronary atherosclerosis were 266, the degree of vascular stenosis:0:49,1:131,11:59,111:27; 213 males, 0:32,1:108,11:46,111:27; 53 females,0:7,1:23,11:13,111:0; the morbidity of coronary artery stenosis> 50% in 1 risk factor group,2 risk factors group and multiple risk factors group respectively were A15%(3/60), B118.97%;A217.39%, B220.83%; An11.11%, Bn6.25%;control groups, the morbidity rate of coronary artery stenosis> 50% respectively were Ao5.65%, Bo7.87%. B1and B2 group have risk factors associated with coronary atherosclerosis and stenosis> 50% morbidity rate and they are different from control groups. Conclusion:Male,40-49-year-old people who have two and a number of high risky factors and 50-59 years old male who have at least one high risky factor can undergo coronary artery CTA. As the number of female patients is less, so we need to accumulate more cases to make further investigation.
