Objective We observe the different effect of the rat with stagnation of blood between DiDang Decoction and TaoHeChengQi Decoction on Disorder manifestation,hemorheology, ET(endothelin) mRNA gene expression in vascular endothelial cell and In vivo T-cell conversion rate.Methods We model with norepinephrine and bovine serum albumin for the rat with stagnation of blood. After that,we just give the exactitude drugs to the rats through intragastric administration.Then,we make record,and we get blood for abdominal aorta,and run the texts for whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, H'crit;haemat, whole blood reduced viscosity.We also get the blood vessel endothelium for arteria carotis communis for the text of ET mRNA gene expression in vascular endothelial cell with the method of RT-PCR, then in 5,10,15 days after administration tail blood, Wright-Giemsa stain to push a film, a T-lymphocyte count of the oil microscope to calculate the number of which lymphoblastoid cell and transitional mother cell percentage observe the rate of lymph node T cell transformation.Results Both of DiDang Decoction and TaoHeChengQi Decoction can degrade blood viscosity patency.Compare with the control group(CG),the model group(MG)'s ET-1 mRNA gene expression step up obviously, there is significant statistical significance(P<0.01). Compare with the TaoHeChengQi Decoction group(TG),the DiDang Decoction group(DG)'s ET-1 mRNA gene expression cut down obviously, there is significant statistical significance(P<0.01). Compare with the CG,the DG's ET-1 mRNA gene expression cut down obviously, there is significant statistical significance(P<0.01). Compare with the CG,the TG's ET-1 mRNA gene expression cut down obviously, there is statistical significance(P<0.05). Model group, T-lymphocyte conversion rate significantly lower than the control group was statistically significant (P<0.01); arrived when the soup and the model group in vivo T-cell conversion rate of increase was significantly (P<0.05); TaoHeChengQi Decoction and model group in vivo T cell transformation rate of increase was statistically significant (P<0.05); TaoHeChengQi Decoction compared with DiDang Decoction high rate of in vivo T cell transformation, there are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Both of DiDang Decoction and TaoHeChengQi Decoction improved model of the blood through the fluid state and blood "condensate" pathological state, reduced endothelin mRNA, increasing the body's cells, such as conversion rate to achieve anti-aging effect.
