Clinical Observation On Treatment To Spastic Paralysis After Stroke By Acupuncture Meridian Sinew Nodal Point With Intermediate Frequency With Intermediate Frequency Medicine Induction

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture meridian sinew nodal point with medicine induction on intermediate frequency after stroke Spastic paralysis, spasticity, motor function, ADL and the degree of neurological deficit, comprehensive evaluation of its clinical efficacy, and thus for the treatment of stroke spastic paralysis provide a curative effect of treatment.Methods : 60 cases of spastic paralysis after stroke, patients were randomly divided into treatment group (acupuncture meridian sinew nodal point with medicine induction on intermediate frequency) 30 patients, control group (routine acupuncture group) 30 patients, two groups each of 6 days for one course 1 day interval between each treatment, four treatment groups were observed before and after treatment on spasticity, motor function, ADL and neurological functional deficits improve the situation.Results:Clinical observations show that the treatment group and control group patients spasticity grading, Fugl-Meyer motor score, ADL score, and neurological deficit scores after treatment than before treatment were significantly different (P <0.05) . One Fugl-Meyer motor scores and ADL score in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01), total effective rate was 86.67%.Conclusions: acupuncture meridian sinew nodal point with medicine induction on intermediate frequency can effectively Can relieve spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with muscle tension, improve spastic paralysis after stroke, motor function and patients with activities of daily living, can effectively reduce spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with neurologic impairment.
