| Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture meridian sinew nodal point after stroke Spastic paralysis. Rom.spasticity. ADL comprehensive evaluation of its clinical efficacy, and thus for clinical treatment paralysis after stroke elbow to provide a definite effect of treatment.Methods:60cases with stroke patients with elbow after spasm divided into the treatment group (acupuncture meridian sinew nodal point+scalp acupuncture group)30cases and control (Traditional acupuncture points scalp acupuncture group)30cases. two groups of every six days for one period of treatment, after each treatment at1day. after four treatment observed before and after treatment of the two groups the range of motion, spasms degree, improve the ability of daily life.Results:Clinical observations show that the treatment group and control group patients with ROM. spasticity grading, and ADI. score after treatment than before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05).The range of motion,and ADL score of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.01). total effective rate was83.33%.Conclusions:acupuncture meridian sinew nodal point can effectively relieve spastic paralysis after stroke patients with elbow muscle tension, effectively improve after a stroke patients with elbow joint mobility, can improve the efficiency of stroke patients after the daily life of the elbow spasm ability. |
