The Processing Research Of RADIX CURCUMAE

RADIX CURCUMAE is a kind of hemostatic in TCM, which can promote the flow of qi,eliminate blood stagnation, clear the heart,remove depression by regulating qi, and promote bile flow to relieve jaundice. It could be uesed to treat amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, distending or pricking pain in the chest and abdomen; impairment of consciousness in febile disease, epilepsy, mania; jaundice with dark urine. In recent years, RADIX CURCUMAE has been studied deeper and deeper including chemical ingredients, pharmacology, pharmacodynamic action, clinical application and so on. Howerver, the processing research of RADIX CURCUMAE is almost none.This thesis focuses on the research of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling, including Literature Review, the processing technolgy, The impact of the processing of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling on chemical composition, the impact of the processing of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling on pharmacological efficacy and so on.Finishing ancient and modern literature, which can provide reference and basis for the processing research of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling. Selecting the appropriate indicators of quality control of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling, we optimized the best technology of stir-baking with vinegar by Orthogonal test method.In the research of the impact of the processing of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling on chemical composition, we compared the chemical composition of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling,cuzhi wenyujin,qingchao wenyujin and qingchaobancu wenyujin by TLC, HPLC and GC-MS. The results showed that the impacts on chemical composition were not the same by different processing methods.In the research of the impact of the processing of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling on pharmacological efficacy, we did pharmacodynamic study on anti-inflammatory, odgnolysis and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. The results showed that the water extracts of cuzhi wenyujin were more obvious in anti-inflammatory and odgnolysis(the pain due to the stimulus of physics).The water extracts of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et Cling were more obvious in activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. It is said that the pharmacological efficacy of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling has been changed by processing.Combined the results of Chemical and pharmacological research, we studied the theory of the processing of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.chen et C.ling.
