Clinical Observation Ephedra Almond Licorice Gypsum Broth And Traditional Chinese Point Application For Acute Attack Of Bronchial Asthma Patients

Object:To observe the influence of Ephedra almond licorice gypsum broth combined and traditional Chinese Point Application for acute attack of bronchial asthma patients with clinical symptoms and signs and lung function.Methods:Sixty bronchial asthma patients were divided randomly into 2 groups. The treatment group with Ephedra almond licorice gypsum broth combined with traditional Chinese Point Application,the control group with conventional western medicine alone,the treatment of 7 days.And the two groups of patients with acute exacerbation of asthma symptoms,signs and lung function are observed.Results:1. The treatment group and the control group after treatment those of clinical symptoms and signs such as begma stethocatharsis,gasping, ehesttightness,pharyngeal symptom and wheezing rale were significantly improved (p<0.05), but there are no significant differences in the total efficieney of the two groups(P>0.05), and for symptoms such as gasping, chest tightness, pharyngeal symptom, theament group better than the control group(P<0.05), another symptoms such as begma, stethocatharsis, wheezing rale are no significant differenees in the two groups(P>0.05):2.the treatment group on lung function is significant impact. Lung function indicatorsFEVi, FEF, of two groups decreased pre-treatment but significantly increased after treatment, the difference was significant(P<0.05) indicating a significant improvement in lung function, but the two sets of indicators of lung function after treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conelusion:1.The treatment group combined with oral the ophylline treatment the acute attack of asthma the dialectical fengxiao of patients was moresignificant imProvement than simple use of theophylline,such as breathing chest tightness, itching, significantly improve the control rate of clinical treatment.2.The treatment group combined with oral theoPhylline treatment and the simple use of theophylline, can be significantly improved in lung function.
