Background: To deepen the revolution of medical and health system and expedite the developing of health service career in order to satisfy the ever growing needs of health service with people, which is an inevitable requirement to improve people's lives and to promote social harmony. The hardware level of pharmaceutical and health care is improving as well as the developing of economic and the reforming of political systems. And the quality of health service management professionals, which is considered as the software of this service, has become one of the most important agents which can restrict the development of the health service. Health management education is an important part of medical education. The Original professional education of health management pays more attention to students' Professional knowledge in clinical medicine and management, but less in cultivating their ability of thinking individually, analyzing and solving problems. Old concept of educational model, unreasonable curriculum, unclear professional character, these problems have obviously deviated the demand of the revolution of medical and health system, and the competitive market it faces. In a view of these, we must press ahead our reform endeavors to launch application-oriented training of health service Management. This study is a special research based on such a background.Objective: Through the study of both the history and current situation of health service management education, our research will analyze the current knowledge accumulation-oriented training pattern's shortage and bring forward available ways of the reform in course system, course content, cultivation phase, patterns for teaching and learning, assessment system, construction for training base and other aspects. In order to improve the health service management clinical teaching integration model and the practice teaching model of professional curricula in practice,and build a new training mode which has"innovative ideas, clear goals, optimizing the curriculum structure, outstanding practice, distinctive characteristics", so that we be ready for the next work.Method: In this paper, with the help of literature review and network research, compiled the health service management curriculum of some medical colleges. We will analyze the existing problems and shortcomings in original training pattern. Followed by several expert consultation and featured group interviews to make clear the command and content of the subject and set up the initial framework and revolution method of new talent's training pattern, we keep an eye on the deficiency and solve it in time. On this basis, we conduct site investigation, discuss the feasibility of reform measures, collect relative data and make a proposal. At last, design the preliminary pattern of the health service management application-oriented training pattern by analyzing data and consummating the content.Result: Propose the theoretical model of health service management training mode which is as follows:(1)Make clear the aims of training: Carry out the concepts that"Strong culture, thick base, highlight the practice, with emphasis on practical", train students and make them have a good knowledge of nature science, management, economics, sociology, as well as obtain Creative thoughts, high quality and strong ability in practice.(2)Optimize both theory and practice educational system which includes: Political theory and humanities and social Science foundation Courses ,which mainly aim at helping students to have higher humanistic quality; Medical Courses: Concise medical theory in introduction to basic medicine and clinical medicine, and increasing the proportion of practice teaching; Management Courses: Consist of management, preventive medicine, economics, laws and application tools of discipline, which are aimed at developing students'professional knowledge and practical ability. And building a reasonable knowledge structure system.(3)Divided in four integrated training stages: Stage of humanistic education, integration of education theory and practice of clinical stage, management theory and practice of three-dimensional stage of education, stage to train ability of professional quality. Make clear the emphasis of each stage.(4)Strengthen practice base construction: Rely on"theoretical education platform in school"as well as"practice teaching platform outside school", carry out the health service management clinical teaching integration mode reform and the practice teaching reform of professional curricula in innovative experimental district, and strengthen the construction of two major practical teaching base.(5) Attention to faculty development: Standard the selection and training systems of the instructors of clinical institutes, establish the interactive systems of teachers'training between the college and teaching bases; (6)Innovate organizational forms and methods of teaching: Highlight the practical teaching and take advantage of both environment and resources of base, developing various forms of teaching including scientific surveys.(7)Reform evaluation mechanism: Quality evaluation system with a comprehensive knowledge of quality assessment to replace the simple concept by adopting"1+1"pattern.Conclusion: The health service management application-oriented training mode which finally established by this subject is based on the characteristic and current status of specialty of health administration's talents training in Anhui Medical University, which has perfect conditions, targets with accurate location, unique designed idea and great maneuverability.According to the problems that exist in the current teaching mode, such as the lack of humanistic quality education, unreasonable course structure and insufficient practice link, we put forward reform measures to construct"two platforms and three modules", perfect practice educational system and advance new forms and methods of integration of theories in education and practice in order to compile with the revolution of health and medical system and the trend of educational reform.
