As marker economy developed quickly,the medical treatment unit gradually reformed. The demand for the entrance to the medical treatment trade reduced, foreign medical treatment institution might enter china to found medical treatment institution by cooperating with chinese organization. The market competetion interfied little by little. For the strict market condition, rear service management hindered the hospital to develop. So, in 2000, the State Council reprinted "the Guide for the Public Health System Reform in Cities and Towns, which stressed that the rear service for the hopital should transfer from the hospital to the enterprise.To adapt the new market competetion and maintaim continuous development, state-operated hopital must reform, which involved many field as follws:hospotal management, adaptability refom, mechanism innovated,establishing core competetion abilit.As one importmant part for the hospital reform, Logistics socialization for the hospital was key for modernizing the hospital.For the present situation for the quality supervision system of logistics of Guangdong General Hospital, based on the analysis and study for the old quality supervision system, this paper optimized the system,and builded one effective,workable quality supervision system to suit the rear service for Guangdong General Hospital.it riched the theory about quality supervision system of logistics of modern hospotal and supplyed the reference about the design of quality supervision system of logistics for the other large-scale hospital.
