The logistics department a hospital,and good logistics service is the guarantee for the smooth development of various work in the hospital.As the socialized reform of logistics service in medical institutions is continuously promoted,the socialized operation of logistics services in medical institutions can not only reduce hospital operating costs,but also enhance the level of logistics services and improve service efficiency.In 2022,the General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized "high-quality development" many times in the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC,which is the primary task in the construction and development of a modern socialist country in an all-round way.To satisfy people’s growing demand for a better life and adapt to the rapid growth of medical institutions’ logistics service projects and the increasing demand for services,it is necessary to shift the direction of socialized logistics service reform of medical institutions from "having or not" to "if it is good"..Due to the long-term nature and complexity of the reform of socialized logistics services in medical institutions,many problems have arisen in promoting this reform.It has become an important topic to continuously summarizing and analyzing the experiences and lessons learned from the socialization of logistics services in medical institutions,and exploring the development path of the socialization of hospital logistics services under the background of high-quality development of medical institutions.This article takes Jiangyin R Hospital as an example,the methods such as literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,induction and summary are used to study the implementation status and effectiveness of R Hospital’s logistics service socialization.The regulatory governance,service outsourcing,stakeholder,principal-agent theory,and strategic management theories are used to analyze the current situation of R Hospital’s socialized operation,and find out find out its development shortcomings,and put forward the optimization strategies.Considering the high-quality development of public hospitals,medical institutions find the balance point of interests between medical enterprises based on stakeholder theory,which,promote each other,and realize win-win results.A scientific performance evaluation system for third-party unit services should be designed,and the the outsourcing unit’s ability to fulfill the contract should be strengthened;the talent management and cultivation of the logistics department should be enhanced,and a professional technical talent echelon should be created.;Secondly,the achievements of the scientific and technological revolution should be fully used to vigorously promote the construction of a logistics intelligent management platform.In line with the principle of "top-level design,step-by-step implementation",the construction of a "three in one" smart hospital can be facilitated and a new logistics service model that can support online and offline integration can be constructed.Furthermore,some suggestions are proposed for the government departments,such as issuing relevant policies to regulate the socialization of hospital’s logistics services,adopting the "Internet+"model,building the logistics service information platform of medical institutions in the whole city and even the whole province,reasonably allocating logistics service resources,so the diverse needs of various medical institutions for the socialization of logistics services can be satisfied,and the effective supervision of the government on the high-quality development of hospital’s logistics services can be realized.
