| Objective:Combining blood routine, serum biochemical markers and tumor markers to establish the patterns for the screening of colorectal cancer. Methods:The WBC,Hb,PIt,L,T-Bil,D-Bil,In-Bil,T-p,ALB,A/G,ALT,ALP,GGT,AFU,AST,LDH,T-ch,TG,HDL-CH,LDL-CH,CEA,AFP,CA19-9,CA72-4,CA242,CA125,CA21-1,CA15-3,NSE,SCC,p-hCG,PSA,f-PSA,f/T PSA levels were detected in 347 colorectal cancer patients and 360 healthy people bloods. We evaluated every single blood makers above separately whether there is significant difference between colorectal cancer patients and healthy people. Then all the blood markers together with age and sex as a combination was applied to built the diagnosis patterns with support vector machine, which is evaluated by ten-folder cross validation.Results:19 blood markers have significant differences between colorectal cancer patients and healthy people, including WBC,Hb,Pit,L,T-Bil,D-Bil,In-Bil,T-p,ALB,A/G,ALT,ALP,AST,GGT,AFU,T-ch,TG,HDL-CH,LDL-CH.All the blood markers together with age and sex as a combination was applied to build the diagnosis patterns. The pattern that based on support vector machine to diagnose colorectal cancer have a sensitivity of 88.5%(92/104), specificity of 89.8%(97/108), and Youden index of 0.78.Conclusion:The combination of nonspecific blood markers such as blood routine indexes, biochemical indexes together with serum tumor markers could establish patterns with high sensitivity for the detection of colorectal cancer. |
