Clinical Research On Bushen Huoxue Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Women Of The Knee Osteoarthritis

ObjectivesTo observe the clinical effect of relieving the patients suffering acute knee oste arthritis(KOA) with Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血汤),to explore a methods of Chinese medicine to treat KOA.MethodAll the patients in the treatment group were given Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血汤)from the 1st,7st day after the operation. At week after the operation, the NO concentrations of the serum, ioint cartilage and synovium were examined. Results:Indicated that the KOA concentrations of the serum, compared the treatme effect between two groups in the 1st,3st,6st day according to the VAS.Resultl.with the joint cartilage more obvious(P>0.05)by using the Kellgren-Lawrence and VAS.2,In the Chinese medicine treatment group the Knee Osteoarthritis concentrations in all the parts obviously decreased as compared with the control group (P<0.05).3,The results revealed that the treatment group had more effective in KOA, this result had conspicuous distinction in statistics.ConclusionBushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血汤)about the treatment of the knee oste rthritis is better than the traction therapy. The mechanism of treatment of this in effect is high security and reliability.It should be promoted.
