Objective:observe in sperm concentration of nitric oxide in the process of dynamic change of nitric oxide ( NO ) in sperm function during capacitation, nitric oxide-related agents for the improvement of IVF rate of the sperm were able to provide a theoretical basis.Method Result: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) standards for test results on semen, semen samples were divided into normal group (A group) 15 cases and abnormal sperm group (B group) in 15 cases, semen samples by density gradient centrifugation) obtained the sperm, the sperm join capacitation medium so that, 37℃incubator incubated 4 hours, nitric oxide detection system is the process of sperm capacitation process of change of nitric oxide concentration. In another abnormal sperm group (C group) 10 cases, divided into two groups, the control group (C1) and the experimental group (C2) ,the same treatment process,35 minutes after the start of the test droppoing SNP, sodium nitroprusside on sperm can be observed during the impact, to be basically stabaseline droppoing L-NMMA ,and Observe the role of them on the process sperm of capacitation. Results: B group and A group was detected there at the beginning of dramatic changes in nitric oxide concentration in time (T1) of nitric oxide concentration occurs when the average time required length (P <0.05), nitric oxide between the two groups dramatic changes in the concentration of the concentration of nitric oxide (D) no significant difference in between them (P> 0.05), B group than in the A group the duration of nitric oxide (T2) was significantly (P <0.05), A group with B group T1 and the number of sperm with linear motion, linear motion of sperm motility sperm motility-related (P<0.05). Normal and abnormal semen group of nitric oxide concentration in semen group showed dramatic changes in the concentration of nitric oxide (D) and linear motion related to the number of sperm (P <0.05), A group and B group semen group of nitric oxide concentration in a certain duration ( T2) and sperm motility, sperm motility linear motion, d-level (slow or not moving sperm), and the sperm of whipping frequency was significantly associated ((P <0.05).Conclusion: The process of sperm capacitation sperm while not all were able to, the vast majority can be in a certain period of time, a small part can be found in the whole process. 2, abnormal sperm group showed dramatic changes in nitric oxide concentration and the emergence of time, after drastic changes in nitric oxide in high concentrations of nitric oxide duration was significantly longer than normal sperm. 3, the concentration of nitric oxide to reduce the amount of abnormal sperm concentration of nitric oxide.NG-methyl-L-arginine to nitric oxide inhibition of abnormal sperm continued state...
