The Clinical Observation On Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction Soak In Boiling Water To Cure The Perioral Dermatitis

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction soak in boiling water for curing the perioral dermatitis, and give an objective assessment so as to provide a more convenient and effective treatment program of Chinese medicine to cure the perioral dermatitis.Methods:According to the sequencing of Clinical visits, we separate the patients who meet the prescribed standards into the treatment group and the control group randomly. Then offer patients in treatment group Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction soak in boiling water and patients in control group tetracycline oral therapy separately. Mark the symptoms and physical signs of patients in different groups before and after treatment. Observe and record adverse reactions. After finishing the treatment, we give two groups clinical follow-up every month in the following tree months to observe the relapse rates of two groups. Then compare and analyze the efficacy, adverse reaction and relapse rates of two groups separately.Result:The recovery rate of treatment group is 44.83%.total effective rate is 96.55%.The recovery rate of control group is 11.54%.total effective rate is 57.69%.The total effective rates of the two groups have significant differences (P<0.01). Neither of the two groups occurred adverse reactions. Within these three months after the treatment, the recurrence rate of treatment group is 15.38%, the control group is 100%. which have significant statistical rate.Conclusion:Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction soak in boiling water in curing the perioral dermatitis has prominent clinical efficacy as well as safe and lower recurrence rate. Therefore the new therapy is superior to the tetracycline oral therapy.
