Expression In Different Meridians Of Acupuncture On Hemiplegic Stroke Spasticity Rat PKC

Objective:The observation effects of acupuncture at different acupoints on stroke hemiplegia spasticity rat PKC expression influence, explore the mechanism of acupuncture at different acupoints treatment of the disease, and provide experimental basis for acupuncture treatment of spastic paralysis, increased ease muscle tension.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into eight groups (n20), namely:control group, model group, sham operation group, yang acupuncture group, overcast by the acupuncture group, the yin and yang by the acupuncture group, of GABAB agonist group (barbaclofen group) and mGluR1antagonist group (the MCPG group) using a modified suture was prepared rat MCAO model, reperfusion3hours use of Zea Longa4-point scale score after score of neurological behavior; three days after the successful modelingPKC in the start of treatment, continuous treatment for14days, once a day; using neurophysiological H-reflex evaluation model and treatment; by RT-PCR method to detect the rat brainstemResults:1, H-wave latency ipsilateral yang acupuncture group compared with the model group was significantly prolonged,and the model group,overcast by the acupuncture group,the yin and yang by the acupuncture group and baclofen group,MCPG group a significant difference(P<0.01, P<0.05);ipsilateral H-reflex recovery curve,the yang acupuncture group H/M value of1.078±.1283,and the model group, the yin and the acupuncture group, yin and yang acupuncture group, Pakistan chlorine Fen group, MCPG group There was a significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.05); yang acupuncture group were significantly increased in rat serum, brain stem and spinal cord of PKC phosphorylation levels and protein expression, and the model group, overcast by the acupuncture group, the yin and yang by the acupuncture group and baclofen group, MCPG group There was a significant difference (P<0.01, P<0.05)Conclusion:acupuncture significantly inhibit the H-reflex hyperactivity and improve the H-reflex recovery curve, inhibition of spinal motor neuron excitability; acupuncture treatment to improve stroke hemiplegic spastic state of rat serum, brain stem and spinal cord of PKC expression, the difference between groups was significant; acupuncture treatment ease the stroke hemiplegia spasticity, its role as positive by the strongest, the yin and yang by the second, the yin and the weakest;acupuncture at different acupoints on the mechanism of the treatment of the disease...
