If there is no main follice or ovulation at the twenty day according to the result of ultrasonic monitoring adjust the medicine.next cycle,continue touse this method,after three cycles,compare the changes of LH,FSH. E2, monitoring the change s of follicular development and endomentrium.observe the changes of clinical situation,chinese medicine symptom and basic temperature.analyse the mechnisam of the dectotion.Result:the effective rate is 80 percent after the treatmenrt by the enching kindey and inducing ovulationg detoction.
