Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Ovulation Obstructive Infertility Due To Kidney Deficiency By The Therapy Of "Invigorating The Kidney And Replenishing Essence"

ObjectiveInfertility is a kind of syndrome among those couples who live together after getting married with normal sexual life and procreative function of spouse, taking no steps of contraception but cannot be pregnant for one year, or among those who have children but cannot be pregnant again without contraception for one year. This issue constructs a prescription of curing anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency with the method of invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence, making preliminary evaluation about the clinical effect of the prescription and observing the condition of menstruation, constitutional symptom and the acceleration of follicles or endometrium and the rate of impregnation.MethodsSelect 60 patients who meet the standard and dive them into two groups randomly. One is the group that 30 patients are treated with Chinese traditional medicine, taking the advantage of the prescription of invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence, while the rest of patients are in a combination treatment of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine, using the same prescription and estradiol valerate and clomiphene. Record the changes of menstruation, constitutional symptom, the development of follicles and the rate of pregnancy before and after treatment. And then analyze the difference between statistics and indicators to evaluate about the clinical effect of anovulatory infertility with the prescription of invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence.ResultsIt is observable that the cure ratio of those who are treated with Chinese traditional medicine is 60%, in which the overall response rate reaches 90%, and the cure ratio of the rest of patient is 83.33%, in which the response rate reaches 96.67% after the treatment. Both two treatments help a lot in terms of the production and egestion of follicles and thickness of endometrium in ovulatory time. Not only do the treatments advance the situation of menstrual cycle and menstrual blood volumes (MBV), but also they ameliorate simultaneous phenomenon of menstruation and constitutional symptom. In addition, the treatment combining Chinese traditional medicine with western medicine has the advantages of improving menstrual cycle and the production and egestion of follicles, while the treatment with Chinese traditional medicine is in superiority of improving MBV and thickness of endometrium during ovulatory time. However, when it comes to constitutional symptom and other accompanying symptoms, both of them show no obvious differences.ConclusionThe therapy of invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence can effectively benefit the condition of menstruation and ovulation and improve endometrial receptivity and thus raise the rate of pregnancy.
