In this dissertation, we mainly focus on the research and realization of cambodian students learning chinese in ZhongShan Chinese school.Kratie Province of Cambodia. We process the observations of the external environment and internal conditions of learning Chinese.On the contrast between Cambodian and Chinese, the author of this article analyzed the errors that occurred in the pronunciation, writing and grammar when the Cambodian students learn Chinese, and indicated the reasons of the errors occurring. All the cases of the errors were collected from the teaching practice of the authors.This thesis is the result of my investigating of ZhongShan Chinese school students who are in grade five and six. The Purpose of this thesis is drawing a conclusion about the language study of Cambodian students. In my teaching I find that Cambodian students are very special.However all of them at least know something about Chinese culture and learn Chinese fast. It is a classic case in teaching overseas chinese who has Chinese language basic.My investigation of includes Initial problems, such as palatal affricated voicelessj[t(?)],q[t(?)],x[(?)].Frontal-alveolar affricated voiceless,post-aveolar affricated voiceless zh[tξ],ch[tξ],sh[ξ'] and voiced post-alveolar affricate r[z].And it also includes finals problems such as rounded pronunciations,tones and moddulations. In this thesis,I try to find a way which basics on my teaching to help my students learn chinese pronouncations better in a short time and make a proposal about Chinese international outreach strategy with cambodian national conditions for improving the teaching quality of chinese school in cambodia and spreading the chinese culture.
