The Pingle Min dialect island of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, which belongs to the Minnan dialect, is the re-migration of the Yunan xiaba Min dialect island of Guangdong province. The present paper describes the dialect from the three perspectives of phone, lexical and grammar, with the description of phone as the emphasis. And by comparison with its source dialect called Xiaba Min dialect and the powerful Southwest Mandarin surrounding it, the paper also analyses the language levels displayed in it, with the Minnan dialect as the main one, the Yue dialect as the surviving one, the Southwest Mandarin as the new one. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first two chapters is the introduction of related data, the third part is the analysis of its phone system from the initials of its syllables, the finals of its syllables and its tone; the fourth part is a general introduction of the language levels it has displayed in lexical and grammar; and the last chapter is the conclusion of the paper.
