The essay mainly discusses the situations of the Chineselanguage "Chu" with objects. Based on the theory backgroundof three flat surfaces grammar theory of syntax, semanteme,language use, with the subsidiary uses of the image schemetheory and metaphor theory of cognitive linguistics, the essayanalyses and studies "chu+object" as detailed as possible inmany visual angles.The essay is divided into five parts:Part 1 inspects the syntax collocation conditions of"chu+objec" from the view of syntax and discovers thisstructure has loose characteristic in form; besides, it cancompose various part of speech terms, among which verbs are themost common. What's more, it shows very strong statementnaming nature in the syntax function.Part 2 will depict "chu+the object" semanteme relationwith heavier pen and ink. From the idea of change and unity,it gives a detailed investigation and analysis to "chu+,object" structure from the view of semanteme and inspects thevarious collocations of "chu+object" from ancient times tonowadays.Part 3 aims at analyzing the semanteme relation between various usages in putonghua of the modern Chinese "chu", andtries to draw a semanteme network to Explain the interrelationbetween its various usages. We regard the space to degreerighteousness of the verb "chu" as centre to explain othermeanings of it and discover the countless ties between everysemanteme, forming a semanteme network of the verb "chu"Part4 inspects the complexity of "chu+object" from theview of cognition. First, we introduce the relative cognitivetheory and idea, then excavate the cognitive origin andstretching metaphor of their significance of "chu", form thesemanteme of "chu" thereby, which verifies the conclusion ofpart 3.Part 5 inspects the structure of "Vchu+ object", therelative structure of "chu+object", trying to deepen thecognition of "chu+ object" with the help of the descriptionand explanation of "V chu+object".
