Phonetic Systems Comparative Study Of Gan Dialect And Xiang Dialect In Yantian Town, Anfu County

The large two independent dialects which are Gan Dialect and Xiang Dialect belong to modern Chinese dialects. However,when we go back to ancient documents,the history of migration and the fact of the current language,we can notice that Gan Dialect and Xiang Dialect are closely related. The comparative studies on Gan Dialect or Xiang Dialect are enormous. But we have noticed that the comparative studies are limited in the same field. Gan Dialect and Xiang Dialect are popular in my hometown, the town of Yantian , Anfu county of Jiangxi province,which gives me a rare chance to go on the comparative study on them. The article, acording to the case, is trying to scratch some rules of the phone comparative study among the different dialects in the same field.Using Science of Chinese dialect , traditional Phonology , contemporary phonetics and comparative linguistics as theories, description method and comparative method are used in this paper. Based on the phone documents of Yantian town, Anfu county , the relationship of the phonetic systems is related between Gan Dialect and Xiang Dialect in Yantian town , Anfu county . We hope that this paper can promote the comparative study on Gan Dialect and Xiang Dialect , the comparative study on dialect .There are five parts in this paper.The Geography , the population ,the history, the situation of languages being used of Anfu county, including the research state of the Chinese dialects of Anfu county ,the research scope ,the research method and the research meaning of the paper , are introduced in the preface of this paper. The systems of initials, finals and tones ,the phonetic features of Gan dialect and Xiang dialect in the town of Yantian, Anfu county are respectively introduced in the first chapter.The second chapter is mainly from the points of the value , the phonetic features and the initials, finals and tones of the two dialects to compare the differences.In the third chapter, the main causes are analysed ,which lead to the same and the difference between Gan dialect and Xiang dialect in Yantian town.In the remaining parts, we obtained two kinds of important enlightment according to the phone comparative of Gan Dialect and Xiang Dialect in Yantian town .
