Self-confidence is an important psychological quality, which is made up of individual personality. On the basis of former research and conclusions of open-end questionnaire survey, the questionnaire of middle school Students' self-confidence was formed. With the item analysis, the exploratory factor analysis, the reliability and validity test and the confirmatory factor analysis, the model turned out to be legitimate. Using the self-confidence questionnaire, the revised EMBU questionnaire, teacher-student relationship questionnaires, peer relations questionnaire and inner loneliness questionnaires, the study explored the developmental characters of middle school students' self-confidence and the relationship with parenting, school teachers, students, and the relationship between the inner loneliness. The results show that: (1) middle students' self-confidence questionnaire contains six dimensions: the overall self-confidence, the ability self-confidence, the interpersonal confidence, the appearance self-confidence, the moral self-confidence and the academic self-confidence, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity; (2) different grade students are significant differences in the six dimensions of self-confidence, and during the secondary phase the development of middle school students' self-confidence appears inverted "U" curve; (3) male and female students appear an extremely significant difference in the appearance self-confidence, and male students are more confident than female; (4) only child and non-only-child are extremely significant differences in interpersonal self-confidence dimension, in the appearance self-confidence and self-confidence scores, the only child and non-only-child are significant difference, in overall self-confidence, ability self-confidence, moral self-confidence and academic self-confidence dimensions, the only child and non-only-child difference are not significant different; (5)students' inner loneliness is close contact with their self-confidence, there is very significant negative correlation between loneliness and self-confidence; (6)Parenting influences students' self-confidence, emotion warmth parenting is good for students' self-confidence ; (7) school teacher-student relationships, peer relationships are close contact with middle school students' Self-confidence.
