Modern Poem As Lyric: A Study On Three Intersections Between Chinese Poem And Lyric

In ancient times, poem named poem as lyric.Most of lyrics are poems to go into music.In the 20th century, the lyric separated from the poem obviously with the development of modern poem. So, at present, poem and lyric almost differentiated into two kinds of different poetry style.In literary area, the modern poem is always held in great honour. Also, the scholars gradually appreciated lyric.The reason is that lyric has strong cultural influence in 21st century. But, reserchers often place poem and lyric in different context as elite culture and mass culture.Poem as lyric is a intersection between poem and lyric.While, many researchers ignored its existence covering its value. This paper pursues to find the intersection between poem and lyrics as history of Chinese modern poem as lyric in the macro background of developing of lyrics and poems.In other words,the paper display the whole picture and vital function of Chinese poem as lyric with time as points and with typical work and important events of poem and lyric's three mingling scene as surface.Song style of poem happend at the late Qing Dynasty,hastening modern poem as lyric appeared.While, firstly modern poem as lyric is school song.The May 4th,poet Liu Bannong, Liu Dabai etc.and musician Xiao Youmei's efforts by poem and music's working together raising the first mingling scene of poem as lyric.In the modern period,poets Pu Feng,Ren Jun from Chinese poem society and Yan'an liberaed area poets such as Tian Jian,Ke Zhongping,Li Ji,Ma Fantuo etc. all together fufilled ballad's producing,promoted the second mingling scene of poem as lyric.In the new area,folk and rock poets go on poetic wrinting and creationg,grating modern poem onto lyric again.They successfully achieved three mingling scenes of modern poem and lyric discribed 20th century poem as lyric developing picture.In this paper,it aimed at absorbing Chinese poem as lyric of experience more than a century by clearing up 20th century poem as lyric developing road.At the same time,it can foster a dialogue between modern poem and lyric,attending importance to poem as lyric that entering into music as lyric and walking out song as poem.It can raise lyric's poetry and enlarge modern poem's transmitting influence by developing poem as lyric.
