Rachmaninoff is an Russian Romantic composer, pianist and conductor during the phase of the late 19th and early 20th century. Romance is one of the important genres in his creative fields. He created a total of 83 Romance in his life. This article selects Op.21, which was created during his stay in Moscow (1900-1906), as a unit of analysis. A preliminary analysis has been made here on Romance's music language and means of expression in music, through which going deep into the master of music image and processing level, thus providing a reference value for singing and teaching the Romance of Rachmaninoff.
