The Investment Management Of ShenZhen-ShanTou Expressway(Longgang-Tanxi Section)

The article includes two main parts: case application and case analysis. The case application part introduces general situation of the Shenshan Expressway (Longgang-Tanxi section) project, and describes preparation tendering of project, variation of work, management of contract, source of fund and final account of work etc from the viewpoint of investment control of project. The description reviews the characteristics of the World Bank financed project and the control methods of quality, progress and contract involved in the management of project investment, and indicates the advantages and disadvantages of the management of this project.The case analysis part analyses in detail the control of management from the stage of preparation of project, tendering to the stage of the execution the project and sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the investment management of Shenshan Expressway, Providing the proposes and methods of improvement.
