From the standpoint of a system engineer, the author analyzes the available technologies in developing the CIS, The author considers that the Object-Orient technology prevails over the traditional process-orient technology in system analyzing and designing, and distributed database meets the requirements of CIS better. At the end of this thesis, author outlines the prospective CIS, which might be improved with the developing information technology.
