With the further deepening of reform, the private economy and stock economy have made great progress. Some technical persons adopted the stock system to build up the company in the area they are good at. These companies take up a certain advantage in technical aspects and higher science and technology content which developed very quickly in the initial time. But during the development, many problems about HRM existed for the limitation of themselves. If these problems are not dealt with in time, the future development of these companies will be greatly influenced.The first part of this paper introduced GCT Company, which established two years ago in the form of case. This paper described the background and HMR of this company through some examples such as "salary reform", "company initiation" etc. The second part analyzed some problems mentioned in this case and put forward some methods to solve it, which provide the reference for the development of company.
