Strategic Study Of Chinese Agricultural Human Resources Management And Exploitation

Low level of human resources is one of the most serious problems which blocks the accomplishment of the great leap in Chinese agriculture development. The scarcity of high qualification human resources greatly affects the agricultural modernization process and cannot serve the purpose of establishing socialism marketing economy system. To further on the reform of agricultural human resources management and take it as one of the main tasks of current reform of personnel management system becomes very important nowadays; To strengthen the agricultural human resource management and deepen its reform, increase the investment on improving the whole quality of agricultural human resource and to match it with correlated measurements is to meet the need of contemporary social sci-tech progress and it is also the fundamental measurement to realize agricultural economic increases. Meanwhile, it will be a great help in improving farmer's living standard.This presentation consists of five parts. Part one is focused on the introduction, objectives, significance, structure and research methods. Fundamental theories of agricultural human resource management are concerned in part two, which functions as the foundation of the following positive researches. Current human resources situations in overseas nations are described in part three with the aim to analyze the common features in agricultural human resource management in those countries, which will be meaningful to domestic human resource managements. Anatomies are made on the problems and restrictive factors in Chinese agricultural human resource managements in part four. In the last part of this presentation, strategic measures are put forwarded on how to improve the exploitation and management of agricultural human resource in China.
