Chengdu Electric Power Fittings Group's Development Strategy Research Based On BPR Conditions

The paper's object is Chengdu Electric Power Fittings Group(called Chengdu Fittings Plant for short as follows ) who represents domestic manufacturing enterprises on traditional electric power equipment field. In view of existing predicament situations and ego urgent requirement ,and using the modern management theories such as BPR and strategy management ,the paper have researched development strategies including management ,production ,fmancial affairs , marketing ,R&D and IT etc.. Through this object research ,we will help the factory to discriminate and cast core ability ,then put into effect competition strategies and carry out business process reengineering completely . The factory shall have to push forward the property right reforms and establish modern enterprise regulations in order to push forward continuous development and accomplish max value among the customers ^stockholders ,employees providers and society's link.I had been employed by this factory engaged in technique and management post for nearly 10 years . For guaranteeing research achievement ,the author went again to the factory with the task so that he could gain a lots of data or information .One hand ,in line of business process ,1 investigated business process conditions and recently qualifications as well as strengths and weakness in order to aid strategies' study .On the other hand ,putting into use the tools of strategymanagement theories ,analyzing the factory's external environment such as economic .society ,culture and technology elements ,the author can discriminate the facing opportunities and threats .Having finished basic work above ,and communicated with the leaders, the author draws up for a series of strategy programs in view of capital motion, organization structure, legal person governing structure, innovation and reforms .The paper and its achievement are accepted and confirmed by the factory's leaders benefit for highly consensus of future development target . They have agreed with the research results to be the enterprise's action guiding principle .As well ,the results can be accepted to be the model for calligraphy of revising original "ten-five plan and future target suggestions in 2010 ".In putting forward stage ,the factory should promote business reengineering and ensure process efficiently through tough organization rules .After finishing this course ,the factory shall have achieved the final target.
