An honest and clean government, corruption fighting, fair and harmonious social atmosphere, have strong realistic meaning to promote world peace and development. With the rapid development of economic globalization and social interaction, global corruption, which shows a tendency of organized and transnational characteristics, has got worse. The problem of corruption never can be a country or an individual phenomenon, it is a fetter of political, economic and cultural development, and a stubborn disease of the entire international community. When we enter the twelfth five-year-plan outline for national economic and social development, international cooperation fighting against corruption has turned into a new trend. China must face it and actively take part in the international cooperation fighting against corruption, so that we can get more and more great political and economical achievements.Transparency International, which uses CPI and BPI to measure a country's corruption level, and promotes anti-corruption campaign in governments and business community, is not only a non-profit, non-governmental anti-corruption organization, but also the most authoritative, comprehensive and accurate organization whose msission is to create a world free of corruption. The Corruption Perceptions Indexes released by Transparency International reflect a fact that China has virtually made some progress in anti-corruption for the last years, but they also show that corruption is still very seriously in China. This paper describes the development, anti-corruption activities, problems and prospects of Transparency International, then analyzes the cooperation and exchanges between China and Transparency International, the background and significance of the Chinese National Chapter's establishment, and finally discusses Transparency International's new technological means of anti-corruption and its inspiration to China. From the Study on Transparency International, we can learn more about our anti-corruption laws in the context of global anti-corruption struggle, absorb Transparency International's advanced concepts in anti-corruption, and promote the integrity of our political construction.
