The Research Of E-government Business Process Reengineering Of A Economic Information Center

It has last 5 years since A Economic Information Center carried out e-government business from 2000. With the development of e-government business, A Economic Information Center, which has entered the Sichuan top-100 electronic enterprise in 2004, has acted a more and more important role in the e-government market. But the problem of management in market and business process emerged with the high-speed development, which has become an obstacle in the further more development way of e-government business of A Economic Information Center.Author of this paper who was directed by e-government of theories draw a conclusion that poor market and business process management limited the development of e-government business of A Economic Center, which faces good development opportunities. On the basis of e-government content concluding and the strength analyzing of A Economic Information Center, author of this paper put forward that the direction of e-government business of A Economic Information Center is to develop a software product to meet the same government department's same demand.After putting forward the direction of e-government business, author of this paper reengineered the e-government business process as well as the organizational structure. For to perform the new business process successfully, author of this paperdesigned new system of job design, performance evaluation and motivation, team building and corporate culture.Author of this paper has creatively used the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) method to provide the success of e-government business process reengineering in theory.This paper absorbed theories including e-government, business process reengineering, organizational structure design, human resource management etc. and can be an example for organization who will reengineering the business process.
