On Citizens' Political Participation Under The Background Of The Current Chinese Differetiation Of Social Stratum

Party's 11 sessions of three CCP plenary conferences marks the transition of China's society after China started from a traditional agricultural society to industrial society model paradigm shift. China's social transition to the changes in social structure, the original "two classes, one estate" (the working class, the peasant class and intellectuals eatate), the traditional social structure has been restructured. Some sectors of the internal broke up, some of the new social strata have emerged, some sectors of the social status improved, and some sectors of society's social status has declined, a new socialclass differentiation mechanism is gradually taking shape.Changes in the structure of interest will have a major impact on the social system and political system.changes in the structure of social strata have increasingly profound impact to contemporary China's socialist political development. Political democracy is an eternal theme. The class differentiation injects new blood to our country's democratic politics , but in the differentiation process of the emergence of some issues on the political stability of our country while there are certain hidden dangers. China's modernization, including not only economic modernization, but also political modernization. Political participation is one of the important criteria to measure a country's political development.This paper provides an analysis about the transition of social stratification and the interactive relationship between political participation and analys the political constraints of the current class differentiation , seek solutions and the corresponding Countermeasures.
