On The Legislation Of American Higher Education And Its Function To Strengthen The Country

The USA is generally acknowledged as the most developed country on the higher education in the world and one of the most mature on the law system among the west countries. And the Legislation of American Higher Education just reflects,represents and promotes the joint of "the most two"as well as the display of its function to strengthen the country. This dissertation is guided by Logic and historical methods,theoretical mode of educational sociology and ecology as well as the frame of Comparative Education on Country-specific are adopted in the dissertation to systematically inspect and analyse the Legislation of American Higher Education and its function to strengthen the country.This dissertation is made up of six parts:Partâ… is the introductory part,it's a brief introduction of the thesis selection and basic overview of the study; Partâ…¡is the basic ideas of the Legislation of American Higher Education; Partâ…¢and Partâ…£are the historical and present forms of the LANE; Partâ…¤is a tentative and brief investigation to the function of LANE on making the country powerful and prosperous. The final part of the dissertation returns to the Legislation of Higher Education in China. Based on the brief summary of the the characteristics and status of the Legislation of Higher Education in China, integrating with the Legislation of American Higher Education and its function to strengthen the country, the author deeply introspects its problems,logically reasons and deduces enlightenments to our country.
