At present, China’s football is trapped in the lowest point throughout the history and the gapbetween the other football powers and is bigger and bigger. In April2009,“Notice on theActivities of the Adolescents Campus Football” was issued by General Administration of Sportand the Ministry of Education, and a meeting about it was held in June and at the same time, theystart the plan of national adolescents football activities on campus. Liaoning Province as adeveloped province of Chinese football, Shenyang, Dalian, Anshan, were listed as the first pilotof these campus football activities. The departments of Liaoning Province based on therequirements of implementation of the program, some pilot schools to develop the footballpremier league.In this study, the method of document, questionnaire method, interview method,Mathematical statistics and other methods was used to make a research about the satisfaction ofimplementation of the campus football activities in Liaoning Province(Shenyang, Dalian,Anshan). The survey shows that:1, the main department of campus football and schooladministrators are satisfied with activities;2, instructors of campus football are less satisfied thanparents and students;3, the instructors are satisfied with the development of activities because oftheir good educational background, on the other hand, the main department of campus footballis not satisfied with their professional skills;4, about Funding for activities, main department ofcampus football are less satisfied than the school administrators, and the instructors are the lest;5, students who take part in the match are most satisfied with forms of organization, theinstructors are less satisfied than the school administrators. The instructors are unsatisfied withthe time and level of matching.Through the whole research we can get some advice: School leaders should think highlyof football activities and increase funding for the activities, parents who suffered the changes offamily’s structure caused by the one-child increasing should change their understanding ofChinese football, the relevant departments must intensify cooperation and promote the healthyand orderly development of the campus football, Strengthen the training of instructors of campusfootball and continue to promote the campus football forward to high-quality, high-value targetsthrough various channels to expand its influence..
