Professional ethics is a set of teacher professional criterion of conduct, in order to standardize the implementation of professional teachers when Teachers deal with their personal, and social behavior of others. The criterion not only pay close attention the formulation of rules and regulations, but also focus on teacher professional practice. The criterion not only Embodies the individual moral of teacher, but also embodies the ethical responsibilities of professional groups of teachers. In this paper, We use the multi-cultural perspective to research the comparative study of American Teacher's professional ethics. The paper focuses on American Multicultural professional ethics of teachers and the professional ethics of teachers embodied in the diversity of characteristics.Paper is divided into six main components. The first part introduces the background and Multicultural Development.in the same time, this part introduces the origin of the United States and the professional development of teachers and teachers sort out the relationship between professional ethics. The second part of this paper analyse the United States multicultural professional ethics of teachers with Three levels. That is, philosophy, the systems analysis and practical Three levels perspective. Part three is the content and form of American teachers' professional ethics. Its content includes relatively stable ethics content, as well as complex and changeable ethics epitaxial. Its form includes the qualified status and factual status of teachers' professional ethics. Part four is the role of American teachers' professional ethics for teachers' development, which mainly includes three levels. The lowest level is law for teachers; the middle level is the two kinds of moral dilemma situation of ethics external requirement and individual inner moral; the highest level is the diverse levels for teachers' ethics moral. Part five is the characteristics analysis of American teachers' professional ethics, whose characteristics mainly includes three aspects:first is the stratified fine of American teachers' professional ethics; second is the inclusive of American teachers' professional ethics; third is the practical feature of American teachers' professional ethics. The sixth part is concluded and summarized, why should the United States Professional Development Ethics give a reference to China? Comparing to the professional ethics of teachers in China, what is the difference? This part is the analysis of the U.S. multicultural professional development of teachers of ethics, further, the ethics of professional development of teachers also has its own advantage and disadvantage, which requires us to identify and reconstruct our own professional ethics of teachers in China. At the same time, we should make use of its advantages and overcome its adverse effects.
