The influence of the vibration training for body's function affected by many factors, for example vibration frequency, amplitude, vibration duration, etc. Now, the optimized training program is still at the preliminary stage of exploration. It also have dispute about the appropriate frequency, so it's the problem hurry to be solved. The research based on Physical Fitness Training, combine with the characteristic of volleyball, made the frequency as cut-in-point. The author chooses two representative frequencies for training to explore the new method for volleyball training. In order to reveal the law that how the vibration stimulate affect the strength training, grasp the volleyball players appropriate stimulating frequency.research the vibration training how to affect the core strength. Explore the improvement method for vibration training and the development for volleyball strength training. In this paper, several kinds of methods are used, such as experimental research and mathematical statistics, chooses two representative frequencies (30HZ,45HZ). This article's subjects are 24 male athletes who come from 2008 and 2009 Volleyball specifically selected class in Beijing Sport University. The subjects are randomly divided into 3 groups (30HZ,45HZ, Control group). Experiments conducted 9 weeks. Before and after the experiment, test the subjects' lower limb power, core strength and Static balance ability. Analyzing and discussing the indicator's changes, the following research conclusions are achieved:(l)Vibration training can improve the volleyball players' core strength, the tests indicator of experimental groups are better than control one. Compared two experimental groups:four indicators that Proneness 0°, Back extension 30°, The torque for gluteus maximus are all have significant differences (P<0.05). This suggests that effects of core strength training with 45HZ is better than 30HZ.(2)Vibration training has more significant effects on improving the static balance ability. Through this study we found that the indicators of 3 groups have different degree of change. Through 9 weeks training, the static balance ability of experimental groups improved greatly, then compared with each other found that:except the left X axis mean value, X axial movement distance and right foot X axis mean have no differences, the other indicators that 45HZ group are all better than 30HZ group(P<0.05). We can make the conclusion that 45IIZ are better than 30HZ for improve the static balance ability.(3) Vibration training can improve the volleyball player's limb strength effectively. Through 9 weeks training, the maximum force and explosive force of 3 groups are all improved greatly. Compared with control group, the effect of vibration training is better than without. This suggests that effects of lower limb training with 45HZ is better than 30HZ.
