| The development of computer science provides us a environment of science ot modernization. It can improve efficiency in Mathematical Study that doing mathematical calculation and drawing with computer. This paper consists of four parts and make out mathematical experiment. Mathematica software and doing mathematical experiment with Matheniatica. In the first part, I recall the concept of mathematical experiment; and discuss the differentiation and connection of mathematical experiment and other experiments; Mathematical experiment is the consequence of development of mathematical education. In the second part, I introduce some tools for mathematical experiment and show the characteristic of Mathematica. Jn the third part, 1 explain the function of mathematical experiment in mathematical teaching and learning in high school: It is necessary of doing Mathematical experiment in mathematical study; Mathematical experiment is the consequence of development of science. In the fourth part, it explains the process of mathematical experiment with example conducted in mathematical experiment of high school, and comparison between experiment and no doing experiment.
