218 primary school students participated in the research. And the study analyses the influence of self-evaluation of primary school students of grade six, examining the relationship among sex, academic achievement, teacher acceptance, IQ estimated by parents, parent's relationship, peer acceptance and self-evaluation. This research consists of two parts. The first part is to build the questionnaire-the Self-evaluation Questionnaire of Primary School Student of Grade Six, which is based on the theory and free talk. After implementing pretest, the a uthor a djusted q uestionnaire w ith a nalyzing j terns a nd p reliminary factor. Then the final questionnaire came out. By comparison, this questionnaire has high reliability and validity. In the second part, the paper analysed and disused the relationship among sex, academic achievement, teacher's acceptance, IQ estimated by parents, parent's relationship, peer acceptance and self-evaluation. The results revealed that in different levels of variables students' self-evaluation, to a great extent, existed significant difference. Sex, teacher acceptance, IQ estimated by parents, parent's relationship and peer acceptance greatly forecasted students' self-evaluation. Through the analyzing of structural equation models, we found that academic achievement forecasted teacher acceptance, IQ estimated by parents and peer acceptance. Meanwhile it indirectly forecasted the self-evaluation.
