| Nowaday, film and TV culture is becoming the important part of modern people's culture life. For its own social function of information spreading, entertainment, moral regulating, aesthetic education and political function of the supenision of public opinions, political propaganda, film and TV culture can promote overly people' s quality, stimulate people's potetial abilities. Meanwhile, it affects college students' knowledge construction, behavior, value conception, charactercultivation and aesthetic flavor. But with film and TV culture covering more and more wider, its negtive effects gradually come out, and become a vital social problem. The negtive effects from film and TV culture lead the modern college students weak political sensitivity and lead to a series of vulgar value conception. All of this phenomenon is long for the clue attention and study from the principles of ideological and political educators and those concern with the college students. The educators must absorb the advantages from the film and TV culture, lead the college students to form correct world conception and value conception, resist the negtive effects from the film and TV culture.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part: Introduction, this part explains the studying background, studying statusquo, studying methods and structure. The second part: This part discuss the connotation film and TV culture. The third part: This part mainly explains the influence of film and TV culture on college students' value conceotion, includes positive and negative influence,this part discusses the issue in five points: political value conception, live value conception, moral conception, aesthetic value conception and vocation value conception. The last part: solutions, this part explains the countermeasures of the college students' value education under theinfluence of film and TV culture from government, school, family and students own these four key points.
