| Talent refers to the people who have the profound knowledge, are able to create andcontribute a lot to the development of the society. But the specialized technical talents referto the people who have the special technology. They gratitude from the professional middleschool and have the enough professional knowledge. In addition, their IQ are generally overthe middle level and capable to create in their own professional post. They can be called thenucleus of the whole talents in our country and they are the intermediate forces to push thedevelopment of the society and the booming of the economy. Five elements are necessaryto become the talent: ability, knowledge, post, title and creative character etc. No matter forthe man and the woman, this criterion is the same. Therefore they have to reach these fivebasic demands. Around the five basic demands, it is found that the obvious differences are stillexisted between man and woman in education, post and title though they are equal in abilityand wisdom. These differences may be have the direct influences on whether they willbecome talents in the future. While the gender level shows the people who have the bisexual characters can beexcellent in every aspect and proceed in creative activity. Besides, as a kind of importantbehavior motivation, the achievement motivation is related closely to the people'screative activity. While at present, the systematic analysis on the gender, gender level and education,post, title , achievement motivation etc related elements is very little. For this reason, theessay aims at the overall study of the specialized technical talents' gender, degree of sexdifference, and education and profession factors, achievement motivation in particular inZao zhuang area to provide some theory foundation to train the more talents.Following S.L.Bem's Sex Role Inventory(BSRI), Achievement Motivation Inventoryand self -made questionnaire,The Paper carries out the research on the study of thespecialized technical talents' gender, gender degree, education and profession factors andachievement motivation by sending 267 questionnaires to the different specialized technicaltalents such as the teachers,doctors,nurses,engineers,lawyers,journalists and financialworkers in the Zao zhuang area. The results are as followings:1.The technological professionals' sex proportion is balanced, but the sex differencesstill existed in the education, career, and the gender lever of the specialized technologicaltalents in Zaozhuang. The overall education level of women is much lower than the men.The number of men and women is unequal in different careers. Though it is quite fair inhospitals, schools and economic units, there are much less women as the lawyers andengineers. And the nurses are all female.2.The number of the androngyny and the undifferentiated is almost equal in male andfemale specialized technical talents, but the number of the masculine of the male is morethan of the female, the number of the feminine of the female is more than of the male.3. There is no obvious difference of the feminine among the different people who havethe different education but the masculine is not. The masculine degree is much higheramong the university students than the middle and the college students and the feminine isnot. The feminine of the doctors is much higher than teacher, engineers, lawyers and theaccounts, the nurse' is higher than the lawyers and accounts;the teachers', journalists', andthe accounts' is higher than the lawyers. There is no obvious differences in the differentdegree of the sex, education, career and title of the talents in Zaozhuang area.4. There is no obvious differences of the achievement motivation of the sex, education,career and title of the talents in Zaozhuang area.5. There are obvious differences of the achievement motivation of the four genderlevel groups. The achievement motivation scores of androngyny, masculine and femininegroups are much higher than the undifferentiated, and those of the former three groups arealmost equal.
