On The View And Tactics Of Principal's Curriculum Leadership

The school is the base that the new curriculum implements on. The new curriculum and the school culture have intrinsic and inevitable contacts. The new curriculum needs the new school culture that provides the soil for its survival and the development power. At the same time, the school culture construction needs the new curriculum to provide the new idea as the instruction. Therefore, this paper takes the Marxism theory as the instruction, using the literature analytic method, the logical speculation method, observation method, visitation method, the case analytic method and so on, with the knowledge of organization theory and culture theory.
