This study explores evaluation guide line and correlative factor of athletes of national windsurf team in professional strength training. Discover how to develop the upper limbs contract strength about windsurfer and how to supervise it, and attempt to provide scientific reference for athletes of national windsurf team strength training and improvement of their strength ability. 8 athletes of national windsurf team are chosen, of whom 4 are male and 4 are female; Make use of"Testing and Assessment System of Strength Training by Weight"to analyzed and contrasted all data of lie-pull train in the last few years.Analyzed all data of lie-pull train in test, we can discover that the most power of male athlete of national windsurf team is disappeared below 55kg in 2004, the most power of male athlete of national windsurf team is appeared between 60kg and 75kg in 2005, and be appeared under the weight of 70kg in 2006. The most power of female athlete of national windsurf team is appeared under the weight of 50kg in 2005 and 2006.Compare every data of 2005 with 2004, the male athlete of national windsurf team is improved in the all weight points of the average up-pull. For descended the average pull-up speed, the power is retrograde in every weight point. Compare every data of 2006 with 2005, the male athlete of national windsurf team is changed unobviously in the all weight points of the average up-pull. For the average pull-up speed is improved, the power is enhanced in the light weight segment. In the heavy weight segment, the average pull-up speed and the power are no change. The female athlete of national windsurf team is changed unobviously in the all weight points of the average up-pull. For the average pull-up speed is descended, the power is retrograde in the light weight segment. In the heavy weight segment, the average pull-up speed and the power are no change.All things considered, we can see that the power are discrepant in the same burthen with every athletes. It is very important for training. the power of the athlete is direct correlation with the average pull-up speed. The power increase is not linear change with the burthen, it is important to improve the power that reasonable choose burthen in training. Advise decrease too high weight barbell when we were doing lie pull train and strengthen low weight barbells velocity and resistance training.The paper research is provided financial aid by Olympic project:"the research about the performance of sailing and the strength staining","the research about the performance of RSX class windsurf and the strength staining".
