The footwork is the soul of sports.The footwork requires reasonable selection in the competition and can be started quickly,with accuracy,rapidity and in place.In the martial arts,there is a saying: "Education is not teaching,teach step to play Master." It is said that the footwork in Kung Fu is of great importance.Only a good footwork can give full play to its own sports techniques.Footwork training is the basic training in sporting events.It is also a technical training.The focus of each project is different.Fencing athletes require that the footwork be explosive;when a badminton player moves in the footwork,the placement of the ball must be in place,remembering that the footwork is flustered;the pace of the basketball player's guard should tend to be flexible,forward and backward,and the left sudden right flash,The pursuit of footwork is consistent and fluent.The ultimate goal of the use of footwork is to serve sports technology.Footwork training is mainly based on traditional training: borrowing more to overcome self-gravity,using barbells,dumbbells and other equipment to enhance the ankle,knee joint strength;to improve the body's agility,football,basketball training is particularly widely used rope ladder,skipping,Plastic discs,sign barrels and other simple devices.The so-called core strength training is a training based on the strength and balance ability of the muscle groups and the nerve-muscle system in the core area of the human body.Compared to traditional strength training,squat barbell,lumbar abdomen,bench press and other strength training,these are just large-scale muscle group surface training,and core strength training gradually reduces support points during the training process,or increases an unstable factor,prompting The athletes constantly regulate their own balance.In the process,they gradually increase the stability of the athletes,so that the production of upper and lower extremities and the transmission and control of the movements reach an optimal level.Core strength training has now been accepted by China.With the proposing of the proprioceptive theory and the kinematic chain theory,core strength training has received increasing attention from various fields.Sanshou's flashing step is a kind of lateral moving step.It is the only left-to-right linear step in Sanshou's footwork.It is very large in avoiding each other's fast high and low whip legs andright and left swings.Success rate,the pace of application of flashing athletes should be based on the speed of the opponent's movement speed,the faster the opponent's boxing leg,the faster the pace should be accelerated,so as not to dodge,suffered heavy losses.In order to demonstrate whether the core force can have an effect on the pace of the pace,20 students from the National Traditional Sports Department of Shan Dong Normal University were selected as experimental training subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,one for the experimental group and one group for the control group.At the same time,the 8-week strength training was conducted twice a week(Tuesday,Friday).The experimental group conducted core strength training,and the control group conducted traditional strength training.After eight weeks,the two groups of staff finally used the eighth grade abdominal bridge scale as the performance standard to test the effectiveness of core strength training.If the core strength is improved significantly,the flashing speed index is collected under three different movement states.If the core strength level is not significantly improved,the strength training content is constantly modified.Pre-test and post-test were conducted in the experiment,data were collected and the data was analyzed.Experimental results show:(1)Average results of single flashing step: The analysis was conducted between the experimental group and the control group using core strength training.The data before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the core strength training can significantly improve the flashing pace of Sanshou athletes..(2)Require the venue to continuously change the direction of movement in the flash test: The flash group exercise ability of the experimental group showed a significant effect compared with the control group.(3)Flash speed test of Sanshou athletes under fatigue: There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(4)The experiment also verified that traditional strength training has its advantage in improving the endurance of Sanshou athletes.
