Study On The Teacher's Mechanism Of CQDZ College

With economic globalization and market competition increasing,it has been the focus of many countries and government to promote national citizens'quality and cultivate and train high quality persons. It provides an important opportunity of develoment for colleges and universities. As a part of high education, hihger vocational and technical education makes full use of the opportunity, complies with the popular trend of higher education, plays its advantage of facing market and flexible mechanism, and now it has benn generally becoming an indispensable new force in the system of running higher education. Challenge and competition that higher vocational and technical education will face is becoming more and more fierce. If CQDZ wants to be an invincible position and makes it full of thriving vitality, it must comply with the times and reform continuously. The essence of reform in colleges and universaties is to improve service quality. It is the key of success to provide the"customers"with good quality and satisfactory service. But teaching quality and its fostering talents quality depend on whether having high-quality teachers and the teaching of activeness and enthusiasm. Therefore, we must study how to stimulate our teachers'lasting and vigorous working motivation - teacher motivation - while we are doing the extension development and resources integration. It is the successful way that we raise our work sufficiency and promote our brand.After investigating the teacher mechanism of the CQDZ college, this thesis found that there aren't effective wage mechanism and target mechanism of teachers'work, it lacks of focusing on emotion management mechanism and the cultural mechanismThis thesis discussed the mechanismtheory, advanced the establishing flexibility wage and target mechanism, focusing on emotion management mechanism, and building the cultural mechanism to solve the problems of the teacher mechanism in the College. In order to effectively run these measures, the ideals of enhancing training the manager of human resources and adjusting the mechanism according to effect were put forward in this article.
